engruv is owned and operated by Mark Hesler. Mark's 16 years of computer and networking experience began in Dallas, TX. While working as an Assistant Manager for a company in 1992, Mark began working with Dos on a Token Ring network. Wasn't long before management began coming to Mark for the answers to anything computer related; from Mail Merging to File Management and Printing. In 1995 Mark began working as a Computer Support Rep for CompuCom Systems. Within the year, Mark was managing his own team. Mark was promoted to Technical Team Lead the following year. In 1999 Mark took the position of Helpdesk Administrator for HKS Architects; one of the worlds largest firms. Mark began consulting in 2002.
