Scanning documents and photos

This month we will be learning how to scan documents and photos. I will bring a couple of scanners and you can have some hands on practice scanning documents and photos.

Some topics we will cover are:

1. Where are the documents and photos saved?

2. Using OCR to scan a document into Microsoft Word.

3. Selecting and changing the file type.

4. Different programs for scanning.

We will use a variety of programs. If you have a specific program that you would like to learn about, bring it with you or email me and let me know what it is. I will try to get it.
